Forms and orders
Danseo receives the name, email address, website URL, selected technical service and project brief that you submit. We use those details to answer a request, prepare the stated diagnostic or administer a purchase. A URL supplied to a form is validated as text; Danseo does not crawl it or make an external request from the form.
WooCommerce stores the contact, billing, order and project information needed to administer a one-time service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Do not submit passwords, tokens, private keys or card details in a brief.
Read-only access
When a service needs Search Console, analytics, deployment or CMS context, we ask you to grant the minimum appropriate permission through that platform. You can revoke it after handover.
Providers and retention
Hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce and email providers may process information needed to operate the store. Danseo Core adds no advertising pixels, optional analytics or external font calls. Contact logs are considered for deletion after 90 days; refund logs after 180 days. WooCommerce order and payment records follow the store configuration and accounting, dispute and legal obligations.
Your requests
Contact [email protected] to ask for access, correction or deletion. We may verify a request first. Any mandatory rights in your location remain available.
Lawful bases and purposes
We process a technical enquiry or order to take steps before a contract and to perform the contract. We use legitimate interests for site security, fraud prevention, support, service quality and organising request records. We process information where a legal or accounting duty requires it. The privacy acknowledgement is not marketing consent; Danseo sends no newsletter from these forms and does not treat a purchase as permission for marketing.
Recipients and international processing
Information may be available to the hosting company, WordPress and WooCommerce operators, the email delivery provider and the payment provider selected at checkout, only as needed for the stated purpose. If a provider processes information across borders, Danseo uses the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
Data rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, subject to lawful limits and verification. Contact [email protected] first. You may also complain to the data-protection supervisory authority in your place of residence or work where applicable.
