Danseo sells defined, one-time technical SEO services covering indexation, structured data, migration, performance and internationalisation. The selected product and accepted brief identify the URL set, environment and output. Code deployment, hosting changes, emergency remediation, monitoring and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless agreed separately.
Authority and information
You must be authorised to request work for the submitted site and must provide accurate information. Do not include credentials or secrets; use a platform’s own invitation and permission controls when access is needed.
Prices and order formation
Prices are one-time amounts in USD. Taxes and the final total appear at checkout. A project-start form is only a checkout request. An order is formed after checkout accepts payment through the configured WooCommerce provider.
Timing and output
The estimated delivery window begins after payment and acceptance of a complete brief. If the URL set or requested environment is outside a package, Danseo contacts you before work starts. A clarification round is limited to the product scope.
No ranking or uptime guarantee
Technical findings depend on the supplied URLs, access, implementation and search-system behaviour. Danseo does not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, Core Web Vitals, uptime, migration success or a particular search outcome. The purchased outcome is the stated diagnostic, specification or plan.
Early service
Checkout offers an optional request to begin before an applicable cooling-off period ends. It does not waive Danseo’s 24-hour goodwill refund or a mandatory consumer right. If you do not request early service, performance is scheduled after any waiting period that applies.

Service withdrawal where law applies
Where consumer law applies, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract. If you expressly request performance during that period, the law may require payment for the proportion supplied before withdrawal. Any exception for a fully performed service or digital content applies only when the legal conditions and required consent are met. To exercise a withdrawal right, email [email protected] with: name; order reference; order date; the service concerned; and a clear statement that you withdraw. We will acknowledge the request and apply the mandatory remedy that governs the order.
Complaints and remedies
Send complaints, correction requests or delivery concerns to [email protected] with the order reference and the outcome requested. Depending on the facts and applicable law, available remedies can include clarification, correction, re-performance, price reduction or refund. Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right.
Liability and required rights
Each party remains responsible for its lawful obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Delivery files and service records
Findings and planning outputs are delivered digitally in a practical format such as PDF, CSV or plain text, as appropriate to the selected scope. The paid product, submitted website, brief and scope snapshot remain the order record.
Future revisions
We may revise these terms prospectively. A revision does not change an accepted order, its price or its saved scope snapshot; the version applicable at checkout remains part of that order.
