A diagnostic with a defined handover and a human review path.
Digital technical services
Every Danseo package is a one-time digital diagnostic, specification or migration planning service. There is no physical shipping, recurring renewal or automatic charge. The product page states the scope and estimated delivery.
Acceptance and timing
Delivery timing starts after successful payment and acceptance of complete URL and environment information. Danseo contacts you before work begins if the request is incomplete or exceeds the selected package.
Refunds requested within 24 hours
You may submit a refund request within 24 hours after the successful purchase/payment. A valid refund request submitted within 24 hours after successful purchase/payment is entitled to a full refund without reducing a mandatory statutory right. We will initiate the full refund within 24 hours after verifying identity, payment and order details; the bank or payment provider controls settlement.
Later, statutory and individual requests
Submit a request after 24 hours through the refund form or by email [email protected]. Danseo reviews later, technical and individual requests on their facts and never uses the goodwill window to deny a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or other right.
Manual refund handling
Refunds are reviewed and processed by our team through the payment provider after review. Payment changes are made manually; your bank or provider controls when funds appear.
